The classic Pilates method will challenge the fittest athlete, whilst the Body Control layering of levels of difficulty enable the movements to be tailored  for rehabilitation, osteoporosis or pregnancy.


With regular studio or group sessions in the Pilates technique, you become aware of the deepest muscles in your body, creating a strong core and gaining an invigorating way of working your body – which you will be able to use to enhance your performance in any other activities you may do.
